At A.R.G., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace the item if available.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
